Beside other cities in the Ukraine and Poland the old city of Lviv will host some games of European football championship in 2012. Trolleybuses will have an important role in transportation for this event and because of this 60 new LAZ trolley buses were ordered by the city. There are plans to build a new trolley bus line as a link between airport and stadium too.

LAZ 108 (built in 2007) at the terminus of lines 3 and 5 beside 037 (built in 1997)
LAZ 101 (built in 2006 in the first serie of low floor trolley buses) on line 9 in city center near university.
A former fright trolley bus serves as a mess for trolley bus drivers near Elisabeth church - for light and heating still on the wire.
During SKODA 14 Tr 557 (built in 1989) is inspected it`s poles - the same type 583 waits for passing at the airport terminal.
